Your policy will be activated the moment we receive payment from you.

We’ll send you a renewal notice 3 months before your policy is set to expire. Let us know if you’d like to renew coverage, and we’ll take care of the rest of the process for you.

Your insurance quote is generally valid for up to 30 days after you receive it. Note that this period may differ by insurer – some quotes may be valid for a shorter period. When you receive your quote, you’ll be able to see the validity period.

If you cancel within 14 days of paying the premium (called the “free look period”), you’ll receive a full refund.

If you cancel your policy after this “free look period”, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund based on how long your policy has been active. You may also be charged a termination fee by the insurer. 

Whether or not you cancel your policy within 14 days of payment (the “free look period”), the insurer may charge you a termination fee.  

Termination fees will vary depending on your insurer.
