We accept:

Your policy will be activated after we receive payment from you, and after you have confirmed all necessary details (e.g. company details, policy details, etc.)

We’ll send you a renewal notice 3 months before your policy is set to expire. Let us know if you’d like to renew coverage, and we’ll take care of the rest of the process for you.

Your insurance quote is generally valid for between 5 to 14 days after you receive it. Note that this period may differ by insurer. When you receive your quote, you may be able to see the validity period.

Unlike personal insurance, there is no “free look” period for commercial insurance policies. Once your coverage begins, you are on-risk and premiums are due to the insurer.

We will inform you once your policy has been cancelled.

Yes. Depending on the insurer, you may be charged either a:

1. Premium pro-rated to the number of days your policy has been active, or

2. Short-rate premium defined by the insurer’s terms and conditions.

You may also be charged additional fees like termination fees.
